Dinmann Diffuser and Front Splitter Install

Received and Installed Dinmann rear diffuser today, very please with the results. Very aggressive diffuser and cf quality seems great to me. Install was a little expensive for my taste but I didn't want any gap so I paid to have it done right. The shop did a great job with the install and tomorrow morning I go back to have the front splitter put on. Will update with more photos later.

Why did they have to remove the entire rear bumper to swap diffusers?

I’ve seen post of guys that just pop off and then pop on and they all have a huge gap between the bumper and diffuser. I had them remove the bumper to securely attach the diffuser so that there would be little to no gap. Very happy with the outcome.

That makes sense...by taking the bumper off you remove any unnecessary flex so the diffuser can attach without any undue stress. When installing as a whole piece the secured diffuser will then flex into place. Good job!

They are on the higher end usually. I don't know what the OP paid but you get what to pay for. American made in California by an American company that was started from nothing.

I bought one before. Believe me the diffuser will hang off or down about half an inch or so from where it should be.

That’s why I had the bumper pulled. I wanted little to no gap and I got just that.

I don't believe in exterior mods. But man oh man I love the killer looking diffuser. Wonder if I walk in the shop and buy it from Dinmann, would they put that on for me with a lower cost.

He just might...wouldn’t hurt to ask! I get so many compliments on the diffuser everywhere I go.

the diffuser looks so awesomes and complement the MPE so well. does it come with different version, ie. for those with MPE and for those with stock exhaust?

It should fit the stock exhaust the same way. The tips will just be tucked in a little more.

Hey Scadam, quick question. I am looking at a similar setup with either the MPE or Dinan exhaust. Both come in two variants, one for MP diffuser and one for stock. I assume the only difference is the tip length. Which one do you have installed on your car?
