What price range would you predict good condition m235i's to be in 3 years?

what year and mileage in 3 years ? MT or auto ? tracked or no ? mods ?

After the first 3 years, depreciation in general slows greatly. Lease timing, auction, warranties off etc

Depends what year it is, but I think it's going to be one of the best bang for the bucks out there.

Since some are low 20k now, getting one for 15k in 3 years wouldn't surprise me

$10-15K depending on year, mileage, and trans. 6MTs will fetch more than the autos.

Many reviewers consider the 235 to be the best BMW of the last decade (see, for example, the recent post from Turner Motorsport). That should positively effect its value, slowing depreciation, especially for older specimens, but all normal cars lose value over time.

Will depend a lot on mileage and MT options, etc. They're definitely not going to appreciate any time soon lol
