Is there a cold air intake that does not throw a CEL, but improves sound?

Dinan intake here with the MPPK lower airbox. Good sound and no CEL's in the almost 4yrs I've had it. Does make the turbo spool-up noise and the DV whistle? more noticeable but it won't by any means give you a M3 CSL induction sound haha (a shame really)
