Driver seat back panel
Any advice, not sure if the clip is broken or or if I would have to replace the whole thing. Not a big deal but I noticed that other day. I don't see much info on this for 2 series

The clip might be broken, missing or not "engaged" to hold the upper portion of the seat back in position. Can you remove it to check? Screws at the bottom of the panel?

I noticed this on the back of my passenger seat in my 2016 235i. How did you take it off, it is just held in with the plastic tabs?

Took a look and found two small plastic pins at the bottom. Once you remove those, the back panel slides down towards the floorboard and will come off.
I had the same broke tab, waiting for it to dry and will put it back on. |
