Strap on transmission mount?

Was under the car and I noticed straps going around the transmission mounts. Seemed kinda weird, is this normal?

They are limit straps to keep them from moving too far
Normal
I upgraded to akg e21 mounts with cups, requires some modifications but far far better mounts
