Lightbulb M235i track tool. Heating problem...

Hi
I'm building a track tool from my M235i. I have modified it a little
There is a Vagner EVOII intercooler, DO88 water cooler, additional CSF oil cooler, mosselman oil thermostat, AFE intake, aluminum hoses, complete exhaust with downpipe and many mooooore.
I still have problems with the temperature. Oil gets too hot on the track (140⁰C) nad water temperature goes up to 112⁰C. Transmission also is reporting high temperature.
I'm thinking about changing oil cooler for a larger and put new hoses. OEM pipes are little to thick I think. I was also thinking about new cooler mounted in the fender. The OEM mounted on the radiator is too small.
What do you think?

CSF oil cooler is garbage - go with something bigger and better. I would also consider changing that intercooler. The Evo 2 is one of the worst track intercoolers out there.

Thanks. I will get rid of it. Why EVO2 is the worst? I don't see a problem with it

The oil temp is a bit high, but the water temp is the same as driving in traffic on a warm day, no-issue there. I have all the same cooling stuff you have and haven't gotten the oil that high ever on track, is your heat exchanger plugged up or something?

Do you have any logs to show us? For almost everyone, the Evo 2 is about 60F+ over ambient, so it isn't doing much.

At a minimum, you'll need to run MAX COOL settings on BM3 or MHD, consider converting to water + water wetter for the coolant, upgrade the oil cooler (ER makes a unit, but you might want to see what's offered on your side of the world. The CSF unit is barely better than stock.)
