Coding lane departure warning on cluster (m240i US)

So I have an 2021 M240i with Lane Departure Warning that vibrates the steering wheel when I cross over the lane. It also has a small light that's amber when it can't detect a lane and green when it detects a lane. My question is, can the more intelligent lane display be enabled on my car? The one that shows which lane your crossing? See the attached image.

I would assume you have to have those lights in the gauges right?

Lol. Technically, those lights are there (along with the rest of the adaptive cruise lights). They just don't light up like in the picture.

Can you elaborate on where you see that light?

See light on the left. It's red when under 40mph and system is functioning and green over 40 and it detects lanes.

I think I figured it out. I actually don't have the correct lights in the dash. I have lane lines, but no arrows, so only for active cruise.
