But its Titan 7 TS5, 18x8.5 ET 44 with 235/40 square. its the 5x120mm 08X 04'-11' selection on Titan site. (they are being made, waiting on mine, plan on end of September if you ordered now, estimate) He did no spacer but was REAL close, said 3mm spacer was solid and 5mm worked and he liked flush look more. (I'm not sure he checks this thread much anymore.) I'm doing same and running 3mm up front, and nothing in back |

Sorry, I haven’t checked this thread in a bit. My tires are 235/40/18s (square) and I run a front 3mm spacer/rear 5mm spacer. The wheels are 18x8.5” et44 square aswell.
The rear spacer is not necessary, but I think it makes the fitment a little more flush and thats the reason I run it. The front did fit without the 3mm spacer; however, it was VERY close to the strut, so I chose too run a 3mm spacer for added room against the strut. My car is on a stock xDrive suspension, and I do not have any other suspension or body modifications. I have not encountered any rubbing at all during the Last couple of months I’ve driven this configuration. Hope that helps. Last edited by Devil doc; 08-31-2020 at 08:12 PM.. |

Another data point

I’m running 18x8 ET34 stock suspension and Ventus RS4 235/40’s square. Never had an issue with rubbing. Added Millway camber plates with poly bushings. Really like them. Put in -2.5 deg camber front 0 tow and -1.75 dog rear 1mm tow. Makes much nicer at track. Next is 245’s square. |

Im so happy you finally got them. Humble suggestion...get them ceramic coated before you mount them, specially if you still run the stock pads. The dust is awful and the black wheels will show every bit of it. At least with the ceramic coating, it'll be easier to clean

I've been running Hawk DTC-70s. They're a hardcore race pad, extremely dusty, have a high metal content, and I generally spend two hours cleaning the wheels. That time includes taking all four wheels off the car, cleaning every last part of each wheel, and then putting the wheels back on. I'm an old guy and don't doubt that others would get it done faster. Still, a good deal of that time is spent scrubbing the wheels with fairly aggressive brushes. Otherwise, I've been unsuccessful in removing all of the brake dust. Until now, I've coated the wheels after each cleaning with SONAX Wheel Rim Shield. Before I started doing that, the job was much more difficult. I'm hoping the ceramic coating I had the shop put on the wheels makes cleaning easier. I'm also putting a BMW pad back on the car, too – which should help, a lot.

Super stoked to finally have them on. Need to change/fix gray stem, but the PS4S is a completely different tire then crappy run flats. And glad I did Gtechniq G5 wheel coating/sealant.
Did 3mm front, almost flush, zero rub. No Spacer in rear - think I like where they sit. Titan 7 ts-5 Black, F8X 04-11 Wheels. 235/40r18 square. |

Looks like Titan only listed a square set for our platform, has anyone gotten another set to fit on ours? Or is the 8.5 et 44 one size fit all tires size that fits on our car?
245s square or staggered front 235 rear 255 is what Im thinking of. |
