Hey everyone hope all is well! I’m just here to ask a few question about MHD Tuning.

To start off I’m currently on Stage 2 map tune whilst my comfort settings are 0.4 and my sport setting is also 0.4 my car is also an ‘18 M240i RWD F23

the brap is on short and the aggressiveness is on hard

now i noticed TCU Limiter Delete and i optioned it on. Now it seems to me that the cars throttle response to be much faster and the shifts are more aggressive. I also do run a Stage 3 trans tune with XHP

I’m just here to ask what might the TCU Limiter delete does. i’ve looked online and on youtube and seems to me there isn’t a video or topic about this.

should i keep the setting on or no?

or has anyone else ran this option?

Kinda tells ya what it does in that little box, no? But you're running xHP too...

I'm from HPT tuning and it didn't have the dummy buttons to click. You needed to know all the settings and what they did and could adjust accordingly. It's scary that you'd click something and not know what parameters are being introduced to the tune. It's just me... With Torque Specs especially! But hey, pay to play... What's a transmission cost? If it's within your tolerance to fix/replace, then go for it! See what it does! Hahaha . Or of the tuning software reveals settings in some advanced corner then look at stock, look at StageIII and then look at settings after turning that selection on and see the differences. Again, not sure it allows you to see them. I WISH HPT would get into these ECU's...

so guys just got an email back from MHD they said tht the TCU limiter Delete is for only cars with 1000+hp.. so i optioned it off now was just testing things out but glad i got the confirmation now!
