No offense, gentlemen, but these photos do the OP no good. Fact is, UK spec and Euro-spec are very different things because of the LHD/RHD difference -- and as has been pointed out by myself and a couple of others, feature differences can vary from country to country within the EU, depending on an individual country's laws and regulations.

OP asked for a pic of the button and I posted one for him. Last time I checked UK was in Europe too.
