Question Will 18"x8.5" tires rub with 1" lowering springs?

Hey guys!

New to the forums and just have some questions about some upgrades I'm looking to do to my 2020 BMW m240i xDrive.

I'm looking into getting a set of lowering springs for the car in addition to upgrading my tires. The stock tires are 18"x7.5", which is a bit thin for my taste so I wanted to add an inch of width to bring it to 8.5". I also was looking to lower the car a bit with some springs, and while im 99.9% sure the tires wont rub without the springs, I'm just curious if anyone knows if they'll rub with the springs?

Looking to still use the stock tire size of 225/40R18XL (Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4).

Thanks in advance!

You will be fine as long as the wheels have the correct offset. Dinan and Apex have F22 fit guides on their websites.
