B58 Engine Builders In Midwest

Looking for a reputable engine builder in the Madison/Milwuakee/Chicago area. I may be looking at a bad block (scored walls) and was hoping to pull the long block and take it in to have it sleeved and refreshed (probably keep the stock pistons/rods/crank as this is my dd and wont see more than 500hp). Not looking to try and mess with the timing/intake as the cost of the "special tools" alone is probably around the same as a professional's time (not to mention I don't want to booger it up).

So, any good recommendations? I reached out to VAC but would really like to support someone local and not pay out the nose for shipping. Thanks!

It's a '19 M240i Xdrive.

You sure these blocks can be sleeved? I remember reading it's pretty thin between cylinders... But maybe that was a different engine. Could be wrong. Just thinking out loud, lol
