Angelwax? Heaven scent? That sounds like the kind of wax you'd want to use on something other than your car

EDIT: I"m afraid my car won't be getting anything for christmas. I've got basic maintenance coming up (brake pads, oil change) soon.

I asked for a M235 rear diffuser and black tips. Plus a black grille and Bluetooth Radio for my Tacoma. So all I got was some new underwear, electric toothbrush and Body wash a far cry from what I wanted ... oh well

Gonna bite the bullet on the oem m performance rear diffuser... Alongside a whole bunch of stuff that I've already gotten myself (and my car) in the name of Christmas.

You have a 2015 so shouldn't your car be covered under BMW's maintenance program which an oil change and brake pads fall under.

I got myself a new low profile 3 ton jack. I was getting tired up driving up on boards to get my old jack under the car.

Which one did you get? Can it reach the front center jack point?

Pittsburgh 3 ton low profile. I just got it and haven't used it yet but I don't doubt it will reach. It's listed with a 3-1/8" lowest height setting and the back of the base looks to be around 4-4.5" so it should fit.

Nope. Still debating at this point and would go coilovers if I do. Once I get the jack out probably this weekend I'll see how much clearance there is.

Most people over here don't get the optional service contracts, because they tend to be expensive for what they offer.

Huh? Does your car not automatically come with the maintenance program free of charge included with the car during the warranty period? It was up until 2016 I believe in North America. All maintenance services are fully covered for free; oil change, brakes, windshield wipers, air filter, in-cabin filter, etc.

No, unfortunately not. You get factory warranty and that's it. Any service requires a separate paid subscription. Funny you should mention brakes and windshield wipers, they explicitcly mention that those are excluded.

Included in the service package:
- Maintenance according to BMW standards (whatever that means)
- Oil change
- Oil filter
- Air filter(s)
- Cabin filter(s)
- Fuel filter(s)
- Spark plugs
- Brake fluid

Any other consumables are not included.

I go to an independent shop for any maintenance and repairs for this reason. Refuse to pay BMW anything for just that...
