2015 m235i missfire on wot
Hello all, so I recently acquired a 2015 m235i xdrive 8spd with 50k on it. I've found when I'm hard on the throttle from 4500 to 6500rpm I have a random hesitation, which I'm assuming is a missfire. It just kinda bucks a little but not enough to slow the car down. Just looking for some advice on where to start looking. Any help is appreciated. FWIW car is stock and no codes, car also drives fine normally.

you're probably due for a spark plugs change if you haven't already done so. I highly recommend this as a diy. takes all of 30 mins with minimal special tools.
as for identifying what exactly is going on, I think you're gonna need a CEL with a code to isolate to a cylinder. |
