Jesus I just sold my car to a dealer Saturday due to it feeling “off” and making noises. Figured it was just drivetrain malfunctions from tune causing limp mode. (Fairly sure I must have shorted the dme ground at some point and never did the fix for it.) read the signs of turbo dying post and the “weuuuuuuuuu” sound and my blood went cold. I’ve had that going on for a week prior and wasn’t getting crap for power.

well your smarter than me.. Looking back, it was dying when i had the chance to turn it in, instead i bought it, for nearly 10k over market value, with no warrenty, and the turbo has to be replaced. At least now it will be faster than the m2cs.

wow well my car has 83k on it and turbo is still good! Though if it starts dying I wont be mad about having to buy one either
