CEL Code 118002

Hey guys, I'm running Stg 2 HEX Tune from VF and blew OEM charge pipe in 1 week. Had CP, DP, FMIC, & GFB DV installed at a local shop right away but then I got a CEL a few days later. Reached out to VF and they suggested the issue was with the install of supporting mods, not the tune, but this doesn't make sense to me. The car runs really strong without the CEL, but hesitates with more than 1/3 throttle with the CEL. I've cleared the code twice using the HEX Tuning Software and both times the car runs very strong under normal and spirited driving for 3-5 days and then the CEL comes back. I also cleaned MAF and MAP before clearing the code the second time but the error code came back again. Both times the error code has been 118002 (mixture too rich). Does anyone have experience with either the HEX Tune or this error code and can opine? Car is 2015 6MT M235i w/ ~23K miles.

To close the loop, I data logged with MHD and sent the logs to a local tuner who immediately diagnosed the issue causing the boost leak. I got it fixed last weekend and it runs much stronger than before! So no issues with the VF tune, just make sure to reuse the OEM O-rings or get some aftermarket ones when installing upgraded charge pipes.

So, what was the cause? CP, DP, FMIC loose?

The CP was not tightened all the way where it connects to the IC.
