Are you sure its an oval shaped isn't it ... at a guess I would say thats for ground clearance ? so in circumference or flow area its actually 3 and 1/4 " by my calculations ? the down pipe and CAT and the poorly designed compressed section just before the rear axle and muffler is were the power is IMO. Love your products tho !! so awesome

Here's an image of the stock exhaust.

I'm still trying to find the exact measurements of the exhaust. I'll confirm and give you the exact sizing

I already have it came in at 80+mm for me so Section one is fine ! Section two just before the rear resonator is fine also IMO and wont hurt flow its after that is crapola. And of course replace the downpipe with a 200 cel option , this will not cause a check engine light.

That sounds really, really good! One of my favorite I have heard so far for the M235i. I want to put on an exhaust so bad, but it's my wife's DD and she wants it as quite as possible. May give you guys a call if she goes out of town for a few days and leaves the car with me lol!

Happy wife, happy life!

The Touring Edition offers a sophisticated tone and cabin presence, she may love it! We can always tell her you ran over something on the highway and damaged the stock exhaust.

great system!

i just can't decide between the 90mm tips or the 102mm tips... i want the chrome for sure though!

any idea what size the stock tips are?

also, on the website it says "it fits..." M235 automatic transmission, there shouldn't be a difference between that and a manual transmission is there?

Have you made your decision? I do not know the stock tip size, Frank here might. 102mm is great if you want to show off that you have a performance exhaust!

There is no difference between manual and automatic, we have updated fitment on our site to be more clear!

You guys should stock at least one on hand, I was feeling impulsey after a lucky trip to the casino. Would have drove down that day cash falling out of pocket but alas i was told it's made to order. Which I completely understand. Sometimes ya just want instant gratification .

Great Review OP the car sounds amazing.

I could not help but notice the car being strapped to a dyno. Care to share those results?
