Anyone have any quarter mile numbers from their m235 with bootmod3 tune ?
Just did the tune and loving it. Wondering what some #s would be !

Curious about this myself. I saw one 435 guy say he was running mid to low 12s at about 113mph.

That sounds about right...low-mid 12's and 113-115MPH

The driver mod is the most important factor in this case

In stock form and in decent ambient conditions and altitude, the M235 is a 12.9-13.4@107-109mph car depending transmission and drivetrain (RWD or AWD). Automatics are quicker/faster than manuals because they can build boost on launch, don't lose boost on shifts, and have deep gearing. Xdrive cars post the best 1/4 mile ETs on street tires because they have abundant traction but due to drivetrain losses in the higher mphs, they post slightly lower 1/4 mile trapspeeds. ET is all about traction and ET can be all over the place depending on this factor. Trap speed MPH is all about available power and isn't influenced much at all by traction unless you're totally blowing the tires off.

A BM3 Stage 1 M235 with no other mod makes around 360whp/380twq. The powerband band is significantly increased. The car should go ~111-113mph depending on transmission assuming decent ambient conditions and altitude. If the driver can pull a 1.7-2.0 60 foot, it should be good for 12.2s-12.8s. A BM3 Stage II and DP M235 will make nearly 400whp and 400+wtq. This should be good for around 113-116mph and 11.8s-12.6s assuming a 1.7-2.0 60 foot.

I’m running FBO and Stage 2 93 OTS BM3 tune. I got the car on a dyno and it hit 343/383 dynojet. Also, I ran the car on a track here in the south (90 degrees). I ran 13.0 consistently @108mph and 2.0 60’ stock run flat tires. I’ve recently switched to lighter wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Haven’t run the car since that change, but Dragy showed a better 60’ down to 1.8. I’m an F23 as well. Just real life numbers here. Hope this helps.

That heat is killing your 1/4 mile ET and MPH. The car will drop 0.4+ seconds and gain 3mph+ simply running in 60 degree or cooler air.

Did you dyno on a hot day as well? Your HP and TQ seem a bit low compared to what many others have seen on the Dynojet with the same mods.

Yes. I’m in the south. Temps around 80-90 even though the FMIC does help with IATs. I plan on running it again in October when it’s cooler.

Apologies, I though the post about the dyno was from the OP.

Do you mind posting the sheet? Do you have a log from the run - I'm a newbie at reading logs, but that result seems...low?

Also, you matched my times on JB4 Pump and I'm a manual.
