what are the differences in sport catted downpipes? I keep seeing things like 300 cel or 500 cells. I have no idea what any of that means. I live in CA so emissions standards suck. I drive an m235 2015 manual. looking for a nice sport catted downpipe for my setup. currently running an m2 muffler and dual tips

Less cells = more flow. No idea on emissions.

Less cells means less scrubbing of the exhaust so could offer emissions tests. Not sure if they do OBD or tailpipe in Cali

Pretty much all downpipes except stock are illegal in CA

Less CEL more flow and high sound

200-300 CEL will make same power on stock turbo, 500 is a bit too much
