upgrading

considering upgrading from my m235i into a n55 m2. my 2er has basic bolt ons mods - wagner fmic, charge pipe, jb4, intake... If i trade my car in, I would return to stock which would leave me with those particular mods. Would it be foolish to assume that those mods could be installed on an m2 being that theyre both the n55? Ive put close to 45k miles on the car with these mods. Is it better off to just buy new parts?

The mods will fit. So up to you to determine if the condition of them is suitable but they definitely should be fine unless all the fins on the cooler are really damaged.

+1

That being said, if you are going to upgrade get the M2 comp

Is it worth upgrading to essentially a widebody M235i? Only way I would make that jump is into an S55 car.

I agree with you. I would definitely rather have the m2c based off what im reading and the pics ive seen. I have a lot of fun driving my 2er. Sometimes i even think its fast enough for what i need so maybe i could rationalize getting the more affordable m2 n55. hopefully i can test drive the m2c when they hit the local dealers
