I buy a lot of batteries and I have NEVER HEARD OF THIS BRAND.
Throw them out!!
BatteryBob.com is my go-to online. They stock only top-tier brands and have never failed me.

Definitely almost dead, 3.3V is the voltage of a very fresh battery for a lithium button cell, 2.7V is time to change it.
