Rear window brake light debris

How do you deal with this debris? Is the brake light that appears to be glued to the glass removable?:

Is the car under warrantee? If so, then you don't need to figure it out, just take it to the dealer. If not, you may need to get a new car

I sometimes use the blower on my Metro Vac to remove it from vehicles I detail. It is very powerful.

It's not glued to the glass. There's a piece of headliner near the brake light that you can pry out and then it unscrews from the roof. I did it myself last year.
