Those will look great on a white car. The BMW caps look good, but mine were too loose for comfort. Next winter I might put them in with something adhesive to keep them from popping out.
Here's some more pics of mine. Mind you, this is after a charity laps event at Virginia International Raceway, so there are 200 miles of highway grime and 12-15 track laps of brake dust on them.

Thanks for posting the extra pictures. Yeah, running BMW center caps will require some silcone for safety. I'm also going to run metal rings in the caps to keep them tight.

I've thought about a ring/spring inside to help the arms to stay tight. Could you post what you come up with?

Do you have any pictures after you got the tires mounted up?

Does anyone have a picture of BMW 2-series (preferrably M235i) with Style 230 rims from the E92 3-series? I looked all over but couldn't even find one. I know they fit and look good on the 1-series, but what about 2?

Wheel fitment question

Hey gang, I used an offset calculator and these should fit, but asking for verification...

I want to get a set of 19x8.5 et30 and 19x9.5 et35. The fronts should have the same clearance as stock and the rear will be about 36mm more towards the outside than stock fitment.

Any suggestions?

that's a super aggressive fitment, rear will poke out quite a bit

Are the rears BBS CIR 2202 19x9 48? I'm trying to figure out if I can fit a 17x9 with 45mm offset, and 9.4" thread width tire. Looks like your tires are 9.6" tread width so the difference in offset should be ok if you didn't rub. Thanks!

Everyone has black wheels. I have a white M240, and I've been looking for more pics of white cars with wheels other than black. Clean. I like it.

Hi,

I wonder if I could put some tires dimensions on my M235i on GK wheels 270 without touching the fenders.
http://www.gebr-knechtli.ch/shop/d/pdet/87/1328

235X35X19 on 8.5 X 19 ET34 (front)
245X30X19 on 9.5 X 19 ET34 (rear)

How Can I check this before to buy the tires ?

Thanks !

C'mon BMW; more choices please!!
Hey, I’m sorry this is probably a stupid question but I just ordered a 2015 M235i and I’ll definitely be in the market for some aftermarket wheels/tires. I had an f30 prior to this. Would my wheels from that fit on the 2 series?

Which OZ LEGGERA HLT to choose?

Hey guys, after having 428i xdrive, and 435i convertible, finally bought an M240i Xdrive Coupe a week ago, and want to get rid of the factory 18x7.5 rims, which are pretty heavy. I'm in love with OZ LEGGERA HLT, but I'm not sure what size to choose. Don't you think 18" would look small? Maybe I'd better to get 19"? If anyone has photos of 2-series on 18" and 19" OZ leggera - please, show it! I'm really struggling. Thank you!

Keep the factory wheels for winter - get the wheels you like for summer. I stayed with 18's on my car because I prefer a little extra rubber between the wheel and the road, plus keeping unsprung weight down.
