Stock car, wheel fitment advice

2015 M235i stock everything.

Just wondering if 225/45/R18 with ET35 will fit without rubbing?

If I do plan on lowering it, would I want to just change the tire to something smaller like 35/R18 or does the ET35 have to go to clear fenders?

Any advice appreciated!

Best resource for wheels here. Yes, those tire specs will fit fine.
