Headlights Aim Way Too Low

My car is equipped the bi-xenon headlight, not the LED ones on LCI models. It has always been a problem for me that the headlights aim way too low to the point where it's difficult to see at night in not so well illuminated areas.

Comparing with an Audi Q7, my high beams are relatively the same as the Q7's low beams. I do not think this is what my headlights are supposed to be like that.

Does anyone here know how to correctly adjust my headlights? I do not have access to flat grounds except my little garage that only fits two cars, and my driveway is also uneven. Thanks in advance.

Here is a thread on headlight adjustment, 2 turns anti-clockwise is a good starting point: https://www.2addicts.com/forums/show....php?t=1062377

How do I make sure both headlights are on the same level? I don't think my hands are accurate enough.

Aim them at a flat vertical surface.

Use a 5mm hex driver or properly sized Philips screwdriver that fits well, put a piece of tape as a marker on the handle and rotate relative to a reference point. Plus or minus 30 degrees won’t make a lot of difference in accuracy with two full rotations.
