Since we bought from the same dealer this is how mine worked because I didn't get a production number either.

3/6 order
3/21 got production number
4/3 enter production
4/10 finished production
4/21 loaded and shipped from port
5/4 hits Brunswick

Looks like 9 weeks total by the time I get it in Columbia, this is pretty close to the time frame when I ordered an X1 in 2013.

George Brunson but he just retired. I did not have a confirmed date when I bought they just said their next slot which they said in the next month. Looking back it's exactly like they said.

No but you can call BMW NA or your dealer CA.

I personally was in "Order Documented" for 2.5 weeks.

It all depends on the production slot your dealer had that he modified for you so the only way is to call BMW or ask your dealer. It could be immediately or it could take weeks/months depending on that factor. BMW doesn't speed up the production because there is a buyer as that specific car you bought was already slated to be produced at a certain time (without your options of course) and be delivered to your dealer.

ehagerty...I'm hoping to catch you at Cars and Coffee in the near future. Your order beat mine by 4 days. I was able to lock down Hendrick Northlake's sole May allocation. Our cars also sound very similar with the exception of exterior, I went with AW. I'll be doing the PCD as well.

That Rodriguez order was probably me. Hendrick Northlake had an allocation for May. They just changed the car associated with the production number they already had lined up to what I was ordering. So while I do have a production number, it's still reflecting their original build.

do you have a production week ?

You can have a allocation for June and have a production number but nothing will happen till then

your dealer should know the production week

19th week, which should be next week if I'm not mistaken, so hopefully I should be picking her up late June, right?

Ya should be building next week then.... and given that you are on the east coast maybe mid June
