Center Jack Points
I Found the jack point for the front center. And I see it is mentioned to use the differential to raise the rear. Are these both considered safe still? Not sure if it matters, my differential is LSD. I would think their housings would be very similar.
It would be helpful to get the two wheels up at the same time. And then use ramps and or jack stands. |

This. I have used the center jack points when swapping my summer/winter wheels and bang out one axle at a time. Don't jack using the differential rear cover or the flange. But, I find that it's not necessarily the most convenient way to jack up the car. The front end is so low that I have to drive up on 2x's to get my jack to the front center point, and both the front and rear jack points are so far in that I have to use very short strokes of the jack handle to get the car off the ground. Jacking the car up one corner at a time to swap wheels is pretty much as fast as jacking it up and changing a full axle.

Nice mod. I have to add 30 mins to any project just to get the car up on 4 stands.

Thanks to all who replied. I’m still having trouble visualizing the exact jack point “in front of the diff”.
I know what you mean by “low”. I have the carbon fibre lip. |

For tire changing I find that I can lift both front and back wheels clear with the jacking point behind the front wheel. Speeds things up.
