Condition:

Exterior is in very good condition
- Some paint chips and minor scratches in paint, condition is normal for this age and mileage. Front bumper was just refinished.
- 2 wheels have some minor curb damage

Interior is in very good condition
- Some wear on armrest and steering wheel


Mechanical:
- Regular servicing as per dealer service history and regular servicing by me. Oil changes every 5k miles, Last oil change at 55k miles.
- Service/maintenance under my ownership
- Coolant line between reservoir and radiator replaced due to crack at 38k miles
- Clutch at 40k miles - was done proactively as slipping had started in higher gears under load
- Valve cover gasket and spark plugs at 42k miles
- Air/Cabin air filters replaced at 43k miles
- Rear brakes replaced at 43k miles
- State inspection/emissions last performed 5/24, good until 5/25
- Oil pan gasket was noted to be seeping in one spot as noted in PPI when the car was purchased.

History:
- I am the third owner, purchased the car in January 2022 at 38k miles
- Car was previously in Texas and North Carolina, has seen minimal winter weather
- No evidence of any modifications or tuning done to car, no performance modifications to engine during my ownership

Car is located in south east Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia.
