The red is ok, but the mineral gray looks amazing. Really liking the gun powder rims too.

Also, the newest spy pics i posted show a much better looking rear end. Look like the diffuser is bigger and the side is more angled. Seems like a more aggresive version of the F30 M sport. But it could just be the pics

The lines make it seem like the diffuser goes up much higher on the 2er, which I like. Personally on the F30 M sport I think the gray diffuser is too low and makes it look out of place

The new 4 series looks very similar to the new 2 series, but something about the 2 series makes me like it a lot more than the new 4 series.. I think I would prefer an m2

I'm not to interested in the 4 series, but this 2 series is just amazing. I'm extremely excited about this car!

No the i3 takes precedence for the time being, as it is BMWs most significant launch in 2013 and if not its history so all focus will be on the i3 , another casualty is the MINI which is now going to have its World Premiere at LA in November along with the F33 BMW 4er Cabrio.

We still have the Tokyo show on late November which will show the first ideas from the joint BMW/ Toyota colloboration and another premiere.

Detroit will see the BMW X4 and BMW M4 Coupe.

But we do not have too long to wait for the 2er as the BMW i8 Progressive Sports Car.

I'd say they need to work on the dampening a tad, because right now it's shakier than a business deal with Bernie Madoff.

• Online reveal will come in October 2013.
• World public reveal at Detroit NAIAS 2014 (January).
