Is there a way to get the car to shift from Park to Neutral without starting the car?

I've heard there's an underbody tray with a set screw to remove. But my battery is not dead. I was hoping since my car has power there's an alternative to getting under the car.

No, you need to remove the covering below the transmission and screw in an hex screw which will release the transmission parking and put it in neutral
