Can BM3 keep CEL off?

does anybody know if Bootmod3 can clear and keep cleared a CEL from a catless downpipe?

Yes, that's the biggest advantage of flashing tuning and only reason I would even consider one one over my Dinan S1 piggyback.

Most tuners gives you a check box option to disables the O2 sensors, so permanently no CEL, even with a test pipe.

Definitely not the biggest advantage over piggyback. It is a nice feature though.
