What is on my spark plug and is my engine going to blow up?

Yesterday, I changed my plugs and coils and discovered plug and coil #4 (on the left) looks like this, how scared should I be? (The other five looked "normal" to me)

Looks like burnt oil, check the valve cover gasket.
