Pure Stg 2 Installation
Dear peeps
I am planning on DIY'ing this installation and have spend a good two hours searching for a guide/write-up (even Charles from Pure says they exist), but to no avail... I have all the tools - has anyone got a few dos and donts? I hear lowering the engine will save you some swearing later on???

Very much so, i do all my mods... I can afford more by doing it that way plus i only have myself to blame if something goes wrong. I have also thought about a pure stg 2 and would do it myself as well... Good luck and look forward to your posts

Are you getting the installation kit from pure?
Don't reuse the stock DV if you're planning on going over 100hp from stock.

Good to know... Why? Does it leak or break?

It's prone to leaking. Upgrade to the GFB DV+, you can purchase it from Pure. I would also recommend the high flow inlet!

does this happen to the N20 also? Also, is this a pain to change?

Would the DV cause a strange vibrating type rattle if it was leaking?
I get a strange vibrating rattle at idle on my car...not sure if its the wastegate rattle (but doesn't sound like my old n54 rattle used to, its more of a vibrating rubberry noise), or maybe its the exhaust valve? |

Don't think you can exceed 23psi on just meth, I'm currently on pi with stock lpfp and am pushing 23-24psi on e65. Will upgrade the lpfp soon for straight e85 at 27psi.
