I just installed the M Performance Carbon Interior set that I received in the mail today from Brian at Sun Motors. I had just placed the order over the phone with him yesterday afternoon; I'm only one state over from him, but I was still mightily impressed with how quickly I was able to go from placing the order to receiving it.

I'm happy that I finally decided to splurge on the set, as it looks a ton better with my Coral Red interior than the aluminum-hexagon trim did.

Change in vehicle

I have changed the old wheel sets with Orbit Grey Staggered Wheel Sets. Now my vehicle is running smooth.

Reattached my front license plate and drove it for the first time in a week. I applied Cquartz and with the weather being crappy, I have been driving my Golf.

Took it to the dealer for it's 2nd oil change in 3 months. Even though I scheduled the service 2 weeks out and requested a loaner, because.....you know, I have stuff to do besides hang out at the dealer, they didn't ever bother to let me know I wouldn't be getting one. I did scope out a Clown Shoe M in the back in for something that was for sale with 63K original miles on it.

Today I replaced the brake pads on my M235i with some EBC Red Stuff pads

Replacing the pads was easy but getting the wheels off the hubs after removing all the lug nuts was a nightmare! Took me and 2 other people over an hour of kicking, pulling, blow torching... but we got them off in the end and got the new pads in.

Aren't brakes covered under the 4 year/5k warranty or is it because you're in UK they don't offer this program?

Checked again everywhere for a rear spoiler for the the convertible... still none made. Surprising don't see more on the road, almost 20k on my 2015, loved every minute of it.

replaced CF mirror covers with CF caps, installed glossy black grills with m-stripe, sealed my ac schnitzer rear window spoiler as the 3m tape was becoming loose.

Still need to replace oem M spoiler with MP CF spoiler and wrap my reflectors.

How do you like the reds so far? I have had them on every one of my other cars and I am tempted to pick them up for my m235i. Also, do you know why it took so long to get the wheels off?

Had the same problem getting my wheels off at 15k, seemed like there was a lot of corrosion on the hub in my case.

That's why you put anti-seize on the hub lip

Ordered rear tires for it: 245 X 40 x18. I water a bit more broth while increasing the width as well. Can't stand, or understand BMW gas shorter tires in the rear than on the front. Guess it's the old hotrodder in me. Stayed with the same Michelin's that it came either. Anyone want a pair of Michelin 245 X 35's?

Dropped it off to the body shop after a massive rock hit my hood and ricochet onto my windshield.

Collected my new M235i (finally) from the dealer and got it dirty in pouring rain.

Delighted with the car; Mineral Grey/Black leather/6MT. It's not slow even with running-in limits (been trying not to exceed 3500 rpm, got 100 miles on it today).

Got my clear bra on last week. Yesterday I put shadow side markers on. Looks a whole lot more clean on mineral grey.
