What is the newest most popular Apple Car Play upgrade for 2018 M240i, that did not have it from factory?

I used forum member kubax86 to activate CarPlay on my 2019 mini. Piece of cake, there was a 10% discount for forum members.

I will use him on my 2016 m235i to upgrade to ID6 and add CarPlay as soon as I install the WiFi antenna.

He was very helpful and generous with his knowledge in my dealings
