Window trim removal

Does anyone know how to remove the window trim? I looked up the closest video i could find and the person said i should just be able to pull it off. Well i tried that and ended up bending the part closest to the rear.

Does anyone know how to remove the part without bending it or breaking? I'm in the process of wrapping my car and it will make wrapping the door much easier.

Thank you for this. Its interesting but it looks like i should just be able to pry the trim off based on what i found. However i think since its metal, you cant just pull up from one side. Looks like you need to work it evenly till its loose and then pull it off.

There are clamps / clips that have to be released with a trim tool and a screw near the end of the front section near where it meets the rear section, the front section has to be removed before the rear section:
