IKON carbon lip. TRASH!

I have an M4 style spoiler for my car from IKON and it's fantastic. Fits perfectly, very solid, looks great.

Just received a carbon front clip from them in this thing seems to be junk. Paper thin, no instructions, and the fitment doesn't seem to be great. It comes with two pieces. One is the lip itself, and then separately has some kind of rubber/plastic deal with a similar footprint with holes for mounting screws, etc. No obvious way to combine the two.

Update:

Ikon sent a replacement. This one had the carbon piece only. It looked better, more sturdy, better finish, but it comes nowhere near actually fitting onto the bumper. Unbelievably poor fitment. One side can fit on and the other sits cantilevered 3 inches off of the other side. Make that side fit, and the opposite side sticks out. No possible way this would hold on with double-sided tape and/or screws on the bottom. It would break trying to flex it into position. Literally absolutely garbage and unbelievable that they sell this to people for almost $400. Both pieces are going back with my scorn and derision.
