So i installed a carbon fiber shark fin a while back and it 100% blocked all RF signals for my XM Radio....

Anyone running a branded Carbon Fiber shark fin cover with no issues? Looking for a black cover made of ALL plastic or a carbon fiber one if it works.

If you are running a shark fin cover and have XM Radio, please provide a close up photo and brand and experience.

While I don't have a shark fin cover, I did get the shark fin vinyl wrapped and the satellite radio works perfectly.

Okay so i have confirmation that XM Radio Frequencies get interference behind carbon fiber... Thus if you are using Sirus XM, DO NOT get a carbon fiber fin.

I experienced this first hand, putting the fin on and off (radio would go in and out). Also, confirmation from the manufacturers. Also you see it in the reviews, from the very few there are.

Haha, that's what I always thought. After trying carbon case on my old phone I knew shark fin in carbon wont be the best mod
