engine cover

Will removing the engine cover help with engine cooling?

more for sound insulation than heat i would imagine. If anything, regarding heat, it will affect the insulation of your intake manifold more than anything.

Theoretically, more heat will dissipate from the top of the engine yes. But rather than isolating the heat, onto parts that are designed under such parameters, it will run to other parts and heat up your entire engine bay more, affecting other components. regardless to me i think its all negligible. The cover looks better lol
