I'm using OEM - it's a 155mph car from the factory - I'm confident the BMW fluids are first rate.

My f22 is my daily drive and run stage 2. Has 86k miles on it and still running strong without flushing all the fluids (Of course with 5k miles oil change regardless). Quote from my local shop "You should only worry about tran, diff fluids if you have a manual. The new DCT is pretty advanced and reliable.". I still plan on doing fluids flushing once my car hits 100k miles.

I just did the coolant today. I removed the lower pvc hose on the second radiator. If you remove the undertray on the drivers side, you will see it. It came out to around 1.25 gallons of coolant that came out. To refill, simply unscrew the bleed screw and pour a 50/50 mixture with bmw coolant and distilled water. Once it is halfway up the reservoir, put the cap and the bleed-screw back on and follow the bleeding procedure listed below.

-turn the headlights on
-ignition on (dont turn engine on)
-set heat to high, fan speed set to one
-press the throttle down for about ten seconds. You will hear the water pump cycle for around ten minutes.

Get two quarts of the bmw manual tranny fluid and a qt of the diff fluid.
