Owners with H&R Springs - Feedback Needed

Noob here...I picked up a new to me 2015 m235 about a month ago. I've purchased some H&R springs and spacers from fellow members but now after searching and reading about all the negative feedback I'm concerned.

So...those with H&Rs. How long have you been using and what issues did you encounter?

Did you trim stock bumpstops, leave them as is, or use e36/dinan/etc?

I'm just looking for something conclusive since so many mixed results.

Much appreciated!

Running H&R springs for about 12k miles now, The drop combined with my wheel and tires specs are almost spot on to what I was looking for visually and that’s about all I like about them. I can already tell the springs are prematurely wearing my stock suspension, I’ve been experiencing excessive nose dive at hard braking.
I bought the springs knowing they would be a temporary fix but I just didn’t expect to be so over the ride quality so soon.

IMO, save up and go for coil overs the first time around.
