Audio Install Shops
Hi there,
I just picked up an M235 vert and want to upgrade from the crap-tastic factory radio. The fact people don't opt for the upgraded HK radio on an already 56k car is odd to me. Especially when you have standard stereos on lesser brands that run circles on what BMW offers. Alas, I need to upgrade. So what are the options? I saw that BAVSound has an upgrade, but they look like coaxials. And, I can't find more info about the setup on their website. Then, when I get the upgrade, I'd love a reputable shop to install these guys. Any recos here? Willing to travel throughout the tri-state (except Brooklyn -- because I hate traffic). Thanks! |

I used them for my CooperS - Installed 3 way components in the front with 6x9 2 ways in the rear and a small 10' sub with and amplifier and head unit. They fit everything behind stock speaker covers and built a concealed shelf to hide the amp and take up minimal space in the hatch. Speakers were by Hybrid Audio technologies.
