anyone heard of them? they've got one of the only charge pipes for a 228i and it's $199. I don't think there's much to a piece of metal, but hey, I've been wrong before.

so maybe I'm picky....charge pipe and only the charge pipe arrives. no plugs, no fittings, no instructions. cheap. I get it. after heading to Auto zone and rigging up some air tight fittings...fitment sucked. I had to shave down the outlet nozzzle of the fmic 1/4" to get the metal clips to engage. upper went in like a bear. omg. I just hope I don't have any issues.
good news, put the jb+ in. feels like a whole new car! let's hope I didn't busy an o ring while gorilla-ing the pipe! hahaha. cheers, CDV |
