EDC DIY

Hope to install B14 Bilstein coil overs tomorrow.

I have the adapter cord (e cord?).

Any concerns of doing this myself? Straight forward?

Thanks!

Hi

do you mean fitting the B16 Damptronic kit?

I have the B4 Damptronics and I fitted the rears to my car and that was straight forward - cabling junction box is easily accessible. I did find that the bottom rubber mounting is everso slightly thicker than OEM, so took some pursuading to get into the lower control arm. I got a garage to fit the fronts. They charged me extra as apparently the wiring connection box is some way behind the arch cowling, so took longer to fit the cabling.

I have fitted front shocks and springs betfore on my E92, but not EDC.
