I have remus midpipe on m135i with BCS 200cpi DP and oem MPE - sounds good but then N55 MPE retains the LHS valve. If I had an mx40i, I would opt for the cheapest option ie try unslienced midpipe 1st with OEM DP and rear box then perhaps add a used M235i MPE to it or get yr stock oem box modified by PCW or similar so as you retain the valve feature....

Do you know which resonator was deleted. There is an elongated one which is slimmer and another one which looks looks more like a square.

My bad I meant to reply to this comment. Do you know if the deleted resonator was the square shaped one or the slimmer cylinder shaped one?
