**Please Help** Question on Lowering Springs for 2015 M235i xdrive w/ Adapt. Susp.

Hi all,
I'm new to the BMW fam, all my upgrading & track/car experience is with a 2008 350z. I'm just asking someone for some clarification on what are the most recommended springs for my car with minimal drop? I'd like to fit wider wheels & tires on it for a bit more grip, but I don't want to put wheels on it without lowering it.

Also, do the OEM shocks start leaking no matter how minimal the drop is, I've read conflicting info? What about bumpstops?

Any other suggestions to get it a bit more prepared for track use roughly once a month? I'm thinking about a trans cooler, bigger oil cooler, steel braided lines of course, larger intercooler and charge pipe. Any advice will be truly appreciated.

P.S. Sorry if this is posted somewhere, all the info I'm finding is dated back in 2015 to 2016, and again it's a bit conflicting.

Most of the lowering springs have similar drops. If you’re tracking the car and the spring rate makes a difference to you then you probably have to contact the manufacturer as I rarely see the spring rates detailed in the specs. Reputable brands are the same as what you probably recognize, H&R, Eibach, KW, Dinan. OEM shocks shouldn’t leak with a minimal drop. There’s a bunch of good you tubers that have good 2 series or bmw channels. Check out thicF30, kiesmotorsports, fritz Ramos.

Thanks a lot. I'll look up these YT channels on thicF30 and kies, but I've not found any videos about springs on Fritz's channel though, I even posted this question on one of his videos but no response.
