Get the active autowerke catted downpipe. It sounds great and does not throw a check engine light
I personally prefer the sound of catted over catless, its got a deeper mid-range tone and no raspiness on high RPM

My dream set up would be catless with a AWE catback. Since I have to smog every year I can't do catless. A catted downpipe is last on my list of things to modify if I still have the extra money.
