SCCA Autocross - F Street Setup

Hey all,
Recently, I picked up a M240 and was looking to get back into autocross; I used to autocross a ND Miata (C Street) here in the DC region. I wasn't particularly competitive in CS , but did find it pretty fun, and was curious about how other people were setup for F Street.

I found a couple threads kinda scattered about but had a few quick questions.

Shock/Strut Replacement & Single Sway Bar Replacement
With EDC, to remain Street class legal, it seems like the only possibilities are either the Bilstein B4 or B6s. I've kinda searched around and there doesn't seem to be many reviews on these within this forum, let alone for use with autocross. Just kinda searching around the web, on other BMW cars, it seems like the extra firmness of the B6, can help induce oversteer a bit more. I've read a few threads that mentions the M240 being kinda understeer-y/pushy for auto-x. I'm curious if the B6 could kinda help that (and maybe potentially a rear sway)?

Has anyone tried these for autox?

Exhaust
No real questions here. Was planning on the MPE.

Wheels
My car came with a staggered setup (225/40-18 on 18x7.5 45 & 245/35-18 on 18x8 52.) Still on the fence about using my stock wheels (or picking up an aftermarket set of similar specs), but the idea would be to use go with RE-71s (or maybe the Direzzas) with a close to similar fit (225-235/40-18 fronts, and 245/40-18s rear.) Would be curious to know what others are running.

Thanks!

Ahhh. I didnt know 245s could fit up front. I'll have to mess around with the 17" selection on TireRack. 17x8 sounds great, but I dont think that's a legal size for me in the front. I think 18x7.5 square is an available wheel option for 2021, so maybe I'll do 17x7.5 (not too many aftermarket options available), or see if I can pickup someone's old stock setup. Not entirely sure.

You are likely right on the front width, but its a fine point that my club is not disputing. Lsd may only be legal for 2015/2016 m235s too, again a nit i am not picking i will not be going to regional or nationals.

So, I did my local SCCA chapter's level 2 autox school over the weekend and man....what an experience. I procrastinated to the last minute and ended up throwing on a cheap set of the Falken RT615+ ($450.) The all-day school has a mixture of figure 8, slalom and course drills. This is the first time I've autocrossed an AWD car. Both of my instructors were surprised by how much power and grip the car had (they also drive during some of the drills to give tips on handling and level-setting.) The xDrive launches had us laughing and sweating/swearing.

Trying to figure out now if I wanna add the LSD now. I was kinda concerned that maybe it would be super apparent, but now I'm wonder if I really need it. I'm not planning to do regionals or nationals or anything of that so I may just save the $3K. I need to do some soul-searching.

For the class, I left the car in DSC-off with the shifter moved to M/S mode. I tried manually shifting at first, but had better times leaving the car in S; it seemed to hold gear pretty well tbh.
