Transmission pan upgrade by ÜRO PARTS thoughts?

I've come across ÜRO PART's "ÜRO PARTS 24118612901PRM HD Aluminum Upgrade, Cooling Fins, Replaceable Filter; Includes Filter Kit" on rock auto for the same price as the oem pan. Was wondering what were peoples thoughts on this. It seems like a great way to spend less in the long run considering you can change just the filter, screws, and gasket for the set which is $44 on rock auto. I suppose it also may provide a slide improvement in temps but it doesn't seem to be an issue anyway.
