Need help with connections to 6ch amp.

So I have an adapter to use an aftermarket amp and each wire is labeled. I'm just not sure how I should hook this up. I have the factory harman Kardon (the car originally had hifi speakers and amp). Here are the two ways it says to wire everything up, the adapter, and the inputs on the amp.

You're missing the harnesses that come with the amp. See #2 circled and #3 circled.
